Sales Executive (School and Corporate)

Key objectives and Responsibility

  • Establish a strong and clear sense of brand integrity at every touchpoint with the key audience groups in accordance with the brand guidelines and support materials provided by SuperPark HQ.
  • Ensure all digital marketing initiatives are committed to engaging consumers and driving traffic to venues while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to establish partnerships and programs with schools and corporate entities.
  • Identify and target key decision-makers within schools, including administrators, teachers, and parent-teacher associations, as well as corporate HR departments and event planners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and corporate clients through regular communication, presentations, and networking events.
  • Customize partnership proposals and programs to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client, whether educational or corporate.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting both schools and corporate clients.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients participating in partnership programs, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and educational/corporate initiatives to identify new opportunities for partnership development.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on sales activities, partnership progress, and revenue projections.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the indoor playground or family entertainment industry.
  • Strong network of connections within the educational and corporate sectors, particularly with schools, educational institutions, and corporate entities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the benefits of partnership programs effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for meetings, presentations, and networking events.
