BIRTHDAY PARTY FAQ

1. Do birthday parties need to be accompanied by an adult?

Yes, children under 7 must be supervised by at least one adult.

2. How early can I make a birthday booking?

Bookings must be made at least D-7 in advance and are subject to availability.

3. What does the MC mainly do during an event?

The MC will accompany the event for 3 hours, facilitating the celebration and activities during your visit to SuperPark.

4. What is the minimum age requirement for children at SuperPark?

Children must be at least 7 years old to enter on their own. Those under 7 must be supervised by an adult.

5. Will I receive a partial refund if some of my guests are unable to attend on the day?

We do not offer partial refunds for guest reductions. The final billing amount will not be adjusted.

6. What are the clothing requirements for SuperPark activities?

We recommend wearing comfortable attire, as our activities are physically engaging. Grip socks are mandatory for all play areas.

7. Can I reschedule my reservation?

Kindly reach out to us to see if your reservation can be adjusted.

8. Are we allowed to bring our own food?

Guests are welcome to bring their own food.

9. What happens if my guests are coming late?

Birthday party sessions run on a fixed schedule. Please kindly remind your guests to arrive on time.

10. When is the full payment due?

Full payment must be made after the birthday party booking is confirmed.

11. When do I need to submit my guest list?

Guest list, including total number and names, must be submitted 7 days before the event.

12. What is the cancellation policy?

SuperPark does not offer refunds. However, you may contact us to reschedule your party for another date.
