• Tickets and wristbands are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not for resale.
• Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 17 or older with a separate regular ticket.
• Please wear comfortable or sports attire for a better experience in the play areas.
• Clothing with metal studs or spikes is not allowed.

• Use of all SuperPark activity zones is at the guest’s own risk.
• SuperPark strictly follows safety measures as mandated by local authorities.
• All guests are required to wear socks inside SuperPark. Socks are sold separately.

• During peak times or special events, SuperPark may temporarily close specific zones for safety reasons.
